Support Groups
Dyslexic adults can gain support and assistance by being part of a support group. Support groups consist of groups of adults with similar experiences who gather together to discuss and share those experiences. They allow adult dyslexics the chance to mix with people who may be dealing with the same problems they are, to share solutions, and to spend time with people who understand what it is to be dyslexic.

Dyslexia Scotwest runs an Adult Support Group which meets monthly. You can find out more about this group by clicking here.

There are a number of other adult support groups around Scotland and you can find out about them at the Dyslexia Scotland website by clicking here.
